Shiraz has an extroverted personality thats great with boldly flavored foods. Lush ripe forest wild berries and black cherry notes mingle with cola, toasted oak, roasted coffee, black pepper, violet and spices in this velvety wine. Focused tannins and excellent natural acidity give the wine liveliness on the palate. The long, fruity finish is laced with toasted oak nuances. In the summer, pair our Shiraz with smoky grilled steaks, sausages or hamburgers on the barbecue.
